During my second stint with Penn State's devPSU startup program, I joined another group of students with the assignment to help prevent bullying at our schools and workplaces. For this project, I led a group of four other students as their project manager: managing sprints, acting as their scrum master, and providing progress reports to the club leadership.

We decided to create a Django web app based on the experience of my group, and created a web portal that could be used by schools or workplaces. This portal served as a message board, a place to report any bullying, and a tool where admins could view and analyze reports of bullying at their school or workplace. We had plans to add more functionality to the project, but ended up stopping after the conclusion of the semester.
